Hello blogosphere!
I’m going to fill you in on my eating habits for today.
It was an early morning, and for reasons I can not say, Shaun was sleeping in the living room. So come breakfast time, I was tip-toeing around in the dark, juggling fruit juice, soy milk, cereal, vitamins, and of course, oil of oregano, which is meant to boost your immune system.
I came to class early and stopped off for a coffee. Hey, did you know it’s Second Cup’s birthday? 75cent coffees all day! Also, I had a raspberry white chocolate scone. Once I got to class, I was greeted by several fruits, so I grabbed a banana! Tangen: my teacher implemented a snack program in which partners bring various foods in each week. My day is coming up, and I think fruits will be my contribution as well – simple and healthy.
There’s also kind of this gross guy in my class. His breath smelled so bad, and he was eating a beef jerky snack in class. He also once brought in a full bell pepper. And a can of grape soda for a morning drink. I’m sorry but this guy kind of grosses me out.
Anyway, class ended and I met Emily, Brett, Cath and Yusei for lunch at THE HOT YAM! It was so good. I’m not even sure what there was but it was vegan! Came with soup, quinoa and apples, coriander, beets salad and a tea. Classy, classy day.
I’ve yet to eat my dinner but I guess I’ll figure that out when the time comes.
I’m feeling quite pooped because of my long, long day yesterday and today. Oh well, hopefully I’ll get some good good rest tonight!
